Registration Information
- SMFA's preferred registration method is through this website.
- New players must provide a Copy of their birth certificate, a utility bill, and a current year report card.
- Returning players must provide a copy of a current year report card.
Players will not receive gear until all payments have been received.
If your are unsure if your in the Spring Mills High School district, click the link below and enter your address and select all grades. If Spring Mills High School is listed, and your child attends a one of the Spring Mills High School feeder schools or home schooled he/she is eligible to participate.

In order to meet league requirements, eligibility verification will be required. Parents will be required to supply a current year report card and address verification at a later time, as determined by the Spring Mills Football Association President.
